This Privacy Statement (the “Policy”) is designed to tell you about our practices regarding collection, use, disclosure, processing and storage of information that you may provide via these websites or through other features, applications, emails, content, downloads, devices, products or services (collectively, the “Site”) that we operate. RDN is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. We have therefore developed this Policy to address the accuracy, confidentiality and integrity of your personal information.

By using the Site or by otherwise providing any personally identifiable information to us, you are consenting to the collection, use, disclosure, processing and storage of your personally identifiable information as set forth in this Policy. Personal Information

“Personal information” is information about an identified or identifiable individual. Personal information we collect includes, for example, an individual’s name, address, e-mail address and/or phone number, and country. We may also collect a user name and password. In addition, we may collect information relating to a user’s device including usage, condition and/or location. We may also collect statistical information that helps us understand how people are using the Site. This information collected is not associated with any specific individual and no attempt is made to profile individuals who use the Site. We may analyze server logs for statistical purposes. We may employ Google Analytics, for example, to analyze how users are utilizing the Site. It is not our policy to permit third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across sites (behavioral tracking) when you visit our Site. We may collect individual user information to verify compliance with the Site’s terms of use terms and other user agreements.

Limiting Collection of Information

We only collect, use and disclose personal information that is necessary for the purposes identified in this Policy.

Our goal is to provide you with products and services that are helpful and relevant to your business. To assist us in achieving this goal, we may collect information from or about you through our Web server logs, with cookies and directly from you. Some of the information collected may be personal information. We do not disclose personal information to any person or organization outside the KAR Auction Services group of companies, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

RDN websites use "cookies" (i.e. small files stored on your computer by our servers) to collect information and to track user patterns on our websites. RDN does not use cookies to learn personal information about individual users or to track users after they leave RDN websites. The use of cookies is an industry standard and many browsers are initially set up to accept them. You can reset your browser to either refuse to accept all cookies or to notify you when you have received a cookie. However, if you refuse to accept cookies, you may not be able to use some of the features available on our web sites.

We do not currently collect, and it is not our policy to permit third parties to collect “targeted” cookies (persistent identifiers tracking users across different sites and services) for purposes of advertising. In addition, we do not currently respond to “Do Not Track (DNT)” browser signals.

Purpose of Collecting Information

  • RDN collects, uses and discloses information, which may include personal information, for the following purposes:

  • to communicate with you about your account and to provide you with information related to our products and services;
  • to assist with the collection of any amounts owing by you to RDN;

  • to research, develop, evaluate and improve our products, services, sales and marketing strategies.
  • to verify compliance with the Site’s terms of use terms and other user agreements.
  • RDN may share non-personal and/or aggregated information that you have provided to us with other business divisions within the KAR Auction Services group of companies and/or authorized service providers and representatives.

Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention

Disclosure to Third Parties

At times, we may make certain personal information available to affiliates, strategic partners or service providers that work with us, or that help us operate the Site. We do not currently share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.


It may be necessary by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence for us to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate.

We may also disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect our operations or users. Additionally, in the event of a company re-organization, sale or merger, we may transfer any and all personal information we collect to the relevant third party or third parties as applicable.

We will seek your prior consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information as may be required by applicable privacy legislation. Subject to legal and contractual requirements, you can refuse to consent to our collection, use or disclosure of personal information about you. You may also withdraw your consent to any further collection, use or disclosure of personal information about you at any time by giving us reasonable notice. Privacy of Children

The Site is a general audience site that is not designed nor intended to collect personal information from children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.

We maintain reasonable administrative, physical, and technological measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and security of personal information you submit on or through this Site. RDN has safeguards in place through the use of firewalls and password protected computers to control access to your personal information and to appropriately protect your personal information.


We retain personal information collected under this Policy for as long as there is a business need for it in accordance with applicable record retention policies and a range of legal and regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
